Base Pricing
All Seating Charts start at $41. This price includes the headers of the Seating Chart (e.g. Our Favorite People) and the Groupings (e.g. Table 1, D-F, etc.). Choice of signature style calligraphy.
+$1.50 per guest name (non-script). This price includes first + last name. Directly on surface.
+$2.50 per guest name (script). This price includes first + last name. Directly on surface.
+$3.25 per table. Guest names printed on cardstock adhered with a wax seal.
Prices above do not include the price of the rental item. See rental prices below.
A cleaning fee of 15% of rental item will be charged.
**A $150 security deposit for each signage rental, which will be refunded upon return and inspection of the item.
Seating Chart Rentals
THE JESSICA - $250
Cube Dimensions: 12”x12”

The Jessica is a collection of clear acrylic cubes that can be a arranged in a pyramid, columns, etc. The rentals comes with 15, of which 10 pieces that can be customized.
+$60 for 18 piece set of floating candles and cylinder vases. Cylinders: 6 of each size - 3.5"D x 6"H, 7.5"H, 9"H
THE CYPRESS - $125
Dimensions: 48” x 72”
The Cypress is a blank wooden backdrop. It is perfect for Escort Cards. Guests can grab their card of the wall and bring it to their seat!
The backdrop comes as a standard white. It can be custom painted for an additional cost.
THE GABI - $75
Dimensions: 44” x 50”
Max guest count: 150
The Gabi is an elegant gold framed piece of clear acrylic. Best if placed against a dark colored wall/space.

THE LADY - $125

The Lady is a modern style mirror with a built-in stand. This allows for your seating chart to be placed pretty much anywhere in your venue space.
THE VILLA - $200
Dimensions: 31”L x 81”H x 19”W
Max guest count: 200
The Villa is a mix of rustic and modern. This is a 18” x 54” piece of clear acrylic with a beautifully stained wooden backdrop stand. The base is meant for florals to rest on.
Other Options

Just drop off your mirror or have a mirror shipped to me, and I’ll turn it into a seating chart. No additional costs from base pricing. See above.
BONUS: If you buy a mirror and don’t want to be stuck with it, there is the potential I can buy it from you. Just send me the receipt, and I’ll reimburse your 60% of the purchase price.
